YOUNG Africans SC, also known as Yanga, has become the first football club to officially join the African Club Association (ACA). This new organization aims to boost club football throughout Africa. Yanga, who are champions from Tanzania, has finished the process of joining, which is a big deal for the club and the region.
Club officials say Yanga has paid their membership fee of $1,000, which is roughly 2.5 million Tanzanian shillings. This makes them one of the founding members of this new project that wants to improve the professionalism and organization of African club football.
By joining ACA, Yanga is showing it wants to lead the way in shaping the future of football on the continent. Their early involvement shows they are dedicated to helping develop football and grow the game in Africa.
ACA is encouraging all top and first division clubs in Africa to join the association and help build a more unified and strong future for African club football.
