Dr. Mwigulu Emphasized That Government Actions Should Not Punish Entire Religious Communities For The Mistakes Of Individual Leaders.
He Stated, “If A Sheikh Makes A Mistake, The Mosque Should Not Be Punished. And If A Bishop Errs, Believers Should Not Be Denied Their Right To Worship.”
