HURZELER CONCERNED AS BRIGHTON STRUGGLE WITH INJURY SHORTAGES AHEAD OF WEST HAM CLASH

BRIGHTON'S manager, Fabian Hurzeler, is worried about the team's injury problems ahead of their Premier League game against West Ham United on Sunday. The Seagulls are currently in seventh place in the league, but they are dealing with several injury concerns that are making things harder.

Hurzeler said that young forward Stefanos Tzimas is going to be out for a long time because of a serious injury. He mentioned that the team has been "unlucky" with injuries this season, but he's still confident they will find ways to manage.

Yasin Ayari's situation is still unclear, but Hurzeler thinks there's a possibility he could come back in time for the match.

Kaoru Mitoma is also being kept under close watch after a small setback during training. Hurzeler said the winger is still a possibility if he can complete his training successfully before the game. Despite the challenges, the manager is determined to keep the team's energy levels up as they get ready for a tough match.

This will be the first time Hurzeler faces West Ham's manager, Nuno Espírito Santo, since last season when Nuno was with Nottingham Forest and Brighton lost 7-0.

Hurzeler said there's no intention of seeking revenge, and he's focused only on preparing Brighton to perform well.
