A House With 12 Rooms Has Been Destroyed By Fire In The Kiusa Lihe Neighborhood, Kiusa Ward, Within Moshi Municipality. Two Children Narrowly Escaped The Blaze After Recognizing The Danger And Running To Alert Neighbors.
Acting Commander Of The Kilimanjaro Regional Fire And Rescue Force, Jeremiah Mkomagi, Said The Fire Was Reported Around Noon, And His Team Responded Promptly To The Scene.
The Commander Noted That They Had To Deploy Two Additional Fire Engines — One Of Which Came From The TPC Sugar Factory — A Move That Helped Prevent The Fire From Spreading To Six Nearby Houses.
He Added That The Cause Of The Fire Is Still Unknown, And Investigations Are Ongoing. However, He Urged Parents And Guardians Not To Leave Children At Home Unsupervised, As This Increases The Risk Of Such Disasters.
