TRUMP ADMINISTRATION IS CALLING ON "WHITE MEN" TO COMPLAIN ABOUT POTENTIAL DISCRIMINATION

AN official in the Trump administration and head of a federal agency created to fight segregation against African Americans asked, "Are you a white man who has faced discrimination at work?"

In a video shared this week on X by Vice President JD Vance, Andrea Lucas says, "You might be eligible for compensation."

Vance uses language typically found in radical right circles.

This federal agency, established by the historic Civil Rights Act of 1964, is tasked with enforcing laws against employment discrimination.

Recently, the agency's website has made it clear that it supports claims of being a victim of affirmative action aimed at helping minorities, or of what it calls "anti-American" discrimination.

The agency's leader stated, "The EEOC is dedicated to identifying, fighting, and ending all forms of discrimination based on race and gender, including against white men, both as job applicants and employees."

Since taking office in January, Donald Trump and his team have been actively working to roll back affirmative action policies, targeting universities, companies, and states.

Affirmative action, known by the acronym DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion), was originally introduced to assist minorities who have faced discrimination.

Now, it's under attack by conservative groups who are pushing back against what they see as "woke" ideas.
