Russian general killed in car explosion in Moscow

Russian Lieutenant General Fanil Sarvarov was killed in a car bombing in Moscow on Monday, as reported by the Russian Investigative Committee. The committee stated that an explosive was hidden under a vehicle and exploded on Yasenevaya Street in southern Moscow during the early morning hours of Monday.
