Williams has been performing well for both his club and country, and he's becoming one of the most promising young attackers in Europe.

Last season, he scored 18 goals and provided several assists, showing how important he's becoming in the attacking third.

His speed, skill, and ability to trouble defenders are the qualities that Liverpool are interested in.

They believe he has the potential to keep improving with more experience and better coaching.

Reports suggest Liverpool are ready to make an offer of around €95 million, which is about £83 million, for the talented winger.

It's still unclear if this offer will be enough to convince Athletic Club to let him go, as he's one of their key players.

There's been a lot of talk about Salah's future after he mentioned in a recent interview that his relationship with the manager has been affected by being left out of the team for several games.

These comments have made people think he might be thinking about leaving.

With Salah's future uncertain, Liverpool might have to sell him soon.

If they do, they'll need a top player to replace him, and Williams is seen as a good option because of his reputation and the interest he's getting from other top clubs.

Several big teams are keeping a close eye on his situation.
