🚨 TAMISEMI WARNS PUBLIC SERVANTS: “REPORT ON TIME OR RISK ACTION,” SAYS DEPUTY MINISTER. ‼️

THE DEPUTY Minister In The Prime Minister’s Office (TAMISEMI), Reuben Kwagilwa, Has Instructed All Employees Under Tamisemi Across The Country To Strictly Observe Reporting Time And Remain At Work As Required By The Public Service Regulations.

He Stated That Employees Must Arrive At Work By 7:30 A.M., Begin Duties Immediately, And Remain Until 3:30 P.M. To Ensure Citizens Receive Timely And Efficient Services.

During His Visit To Kisasa Primary School In Dodoma On November 24, 2025, The Deputy Minister Said That When He Arrived And Signed The Attendance Book At 7:30 A.M., He Found Himself Being The 16th Person To Sign Despite The School Having Approximately 55 Teachers — A Sign, He Said, That Work Guidelines Are Not Being Properly Followed.

He Noted That His Directives Are Issued On Behalf Of The Minister Of Tamisemi, Prof. Riziki Shemdoe, Emphasizing The Government’s Goal Of Ensuring Tanzanians Receive Timely Services, Are Listened To, And Have Their Challenges Properly Addressed.

“We Cannot Bring Smiles To Tanzanians If We Do Not Report To Work Early And Stay For The Required Hours. All Employees Must Ensure They Comply,” He Said.

He Also Urged Regional And District Commissioners To Fully Enforce These Instructions In Their Respective Areas.
