🚨 FIRST CASE OF M POX CONFIRMED IN KENYA. ‼️

KISUMU County, in western Kenya, has confirmed its first case of the MPOX disease, the county's Health Minister, Dr. Gregory Ganda, has said.

According to Dr. Ganda, the patient is a 42-year-old man who had travelled from South Sudan and developed symptoms in the capital Juba.

Dr. Ganda called on anyone who was on the man's journey to undergo medical tests if they develop any symptoms associated with MPOX.
