🚨 APPLE SUED AGAIN OVER CONFLICT MINERALS IN AFRICA. ‼️

A US-Based International Group Of Lawyers Has Filed A New Lawsuit In Washington, Accusing Apple Of Using Minerals Linked To Conflicts And Human Rights Abuses In DR Congo And Rwanda. The Company, Despite Its Denials, Is Facing New Pressure Over Its Supply Chain.

Iradvocates Previously Filed A Lawsuit Against Technology Companies, Including Tesla And Apple, Over Cobalt Sources, But US Courts Dismissed The Case Last Year. Another Case In France Was Also Dismissed For Lack Of Evidence.

However, An Investigation Into A Similar Complaint Is Still Ongoing In Belgium, Suggesting That The Allegations Have Not Yet Been Fully Resolved In Europe.

Apple Has Strongly Denied The New Allegations, Saying It Has Ordered Its Suppliers To Stop Purchasing Minerals From DR Congo And Rwanda. The Company Has Called The Allegations “Baseless,” Insisting That It Does Not Use Raw Materials That Are Derived From Forced Labor Or Unsafe Mining.
