THE HIGH Court Of Tanzania, Sitting At The Main Registry In Dodoma, Has Postponed The Date For Delivering Its Judgment In Constitutional Case No. 24027 Of 2025, Involving ACT-Wazalendo Member Luhaga Mpina, Who Challenged His Removal From The List Of Presidential Candidates.

The Ruling, Which Was Initially Expected To Be Delivered Today, Has Been Rescheduled To October 15, 2025, At 9:00 A.M., And Will Be Delivered Virtually.

The Case Is Being Heard By A Three-Judge Panel Led By Judge Frederick Mayanda, Who Explained That The Postponement Was Due To The Judgment Not Being Fully Completed.

Speaking To Journalists After The Session, John Seka, The Lawyer Representing The Applicants, Urged The Public And Members Of ACT-Wazalendo To Remain Patient, Expressing Confidence That The Court Will Ensure Justice Is Served In Its Final Decision.
