According To The Statement Released By CHADEMA’s Director Of Communication And Publicity, Brenda Rupia, All Essential Preparations For The Hearing Have Been Fully Completed.
She Also Stated That The Party’s Chairperson Is Strong, Steadfast, And Fully Prepared To Participate In All Stages Of The Court Proceedings.
The Statement Further Explains That, According To Court Procedures, The Prosecution Will Begin Presenting Its Case, With Testimony Expected From 30 Witnesses And 11 Exhibits To Be Submitted.
CHADEMA Has Urged Its Members, Citizens, And Advocates Of Justice To Closely Follow The Progress Of The Case And To Continue Standing In Solidarity With Their Chairperson In The Pursuit Of Justice, Truth, And The Protection Of Democratic Principles And The Rule Of Law.
