AMERICAN rapper Rick Ross has officially listed his luxurious Southwest Ranches, Florida mansion for $6.5 million, through Sotheby’s International Realty.
The stunning 14,000-square-foot property features six ensuite bedrooms, a modern swimming pool, a private cinema, two offices, a bar, a state-of-the-art sound system, and a two-bedroom guesthouse — all set on 2.3 acres within the upscale Landmark Ranch Estates community.
The mansion also includes a nine-car garage, highlighting Ross’s well-known passion for luxury vehicles and extravagant living.
Before Ross purchased the home in 2021, it was owned by former NBA star Amar’e Stoudemire. Upon moving in, Ross personalized the estate by adding his signature “Double-R” emblem on the driveway entrance.
Despite the sale, the hip-hop mogul continues to own his 322-acre Georgia estate, famously known as “The Promise Land”, which boasts 109 rooms and remains one of the largest private homes in the southeastern United States.
