THE Morogoro Regional Police Are Investigating The Death Of 23-Year-Old Bodaboda Rider, Haruna Samweli Jonas, A Resident Of Mbigiri Ward In Kilosa District, Whose Body Was Found Early October 19, 2025, In Mabana Village.
According To A Statement Released By Regional Police Commander SACP Alex Mkama, The Deceased Was Discovered Hanging From A Tree Near His Parents’ Home, Using A Curtain A Curtain. The Tree Has Been Identified As A “Mjohoro” Species Common In The Area.
Commander Mkama Said Investigations Are Ongoing To Determine The Circumstances And Motive Behind The Death. He Also Urged Members Of The Public To Open Up About Their Personal And Social Challenges Rather Than Resorting To Taking Their Own Lives.
