LEEDS United continued their unbeaten run in the Premier League for the fourth game in a row with a 4-1 win over Crystal Palace. This result left them six points clear of the relegation zone and handed the Eagles their second consecutive PL loss.
The match started quietly at Elland Road, with little action until a big collision between Crystal Palace's Marc Guehi and Leeds' Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
Calvert-Lewin needed a lot of treatment after the incident.
Both teams tried to attack often, but Adam Wharton and Will Hughes worked hard in the middle of the park, stopping many of Leeds' attacks before they could get going.

On the other side, Jean-Philippe Mateta and Yéremy Pino missed several chances, letting opportunities slip away.
It took 19 minutes for the first shot on target, and it came from Palace's Eddie Nketiah.
But Leeds started to take control as the first half wore on, with Pascal Struijk coming close on two separate occasions.
A potential penalty was denied after Brenden Aaronson appeared to be brought down by Tyrick Mitchell, but Leeds soon celebrated as Calvert-Lewin scored the opening goal in the 38th minute.
He rounded the goalkeeper Dean Henderson and slotted the ball into the net after the initial shot was saved.
In stoppage time, Calvert-Lewin added his second goal, getting past the backline before heading the ball past Henderson.
This was his sixth goal in five games.
After the break, Leeds were quick to react and controlled the game, not letting Palace get out of their own half.
Chris Richards was the only Palace defender who kept up with the pace, but his failure to clear a second ball from a corner allowed Ethan Ampadu to score a third goal, making it 3-0.
Henderson made a brilliant one-handed save from Struijk's header as Leeds kept pushing.
Palace had a late chance, and despite winning a penalty when Christantus Uche was fouled by Lucas Perri, Justin Devenny scored his second goal in two games. But the game was never in doubt.
The victory was made even better in stoppage time when Anton Stach curled in a perfect free-kick, sealing a win that saw Leeds score three or more goals in three consecutive top-flight home games for the first time since January 2002.
