FLAMENGO beat Pyramids 2-0 in Qatar on Saturday, earning their spot in the Intercontinental Cup final. The goals came from set-pieces, with defenders Leo Pereira and Danilo scoring the goals.

Pereira scored first in the 24th minute by heading the ball into the top corner from a set-piece. Flamengo kept control of the game after the break and added a second goal early in the second half.
Danilo made it 2-0 in the 52nd minute by heading the ball past Pyramids' goalkeeper Ahmed Elsennawy. Flamengo played comfortably for the rest of the match to secure their place in the final.
They will now face Paris Saint-Germain in Doha on Wednesday. PSG automatically qualified for the final. The Intercontinental Cup includes Champions League winners from six different confederations, and it's part of FIFA's expanded Club World Cup format.
