Guadalajara constantly threatened Barcelona with quick attacks and kept them under pressure for most of the game.
However, in the 77th minute, Frenkie de Jong delivered a cross from the right, and defender Andreas Christensen jumped highest to head the ball. The ball hit Guadalajara's Julio Martinez and went into the net.
In the final moments of the game, Lamine Yamal played a beautiful through ball to Marcus Rashford.
Rashford calmly dribbled past the goalkeeper Dani Vicente and scored the second goal, securing the win for Barcelona.
