The situation moved quickly after a court ruled on October 30, supporting the validity of ADOR's exclusive contracts in the lawsuit they filed.
After the court's final ruling confirming the validity of the exclusive contracts, ADOR has had detailed discussions with Minji, Hanni, Danielle, and the families of the three members.
After honest discussions, Hanni decided to respect the court's decision and continue with ADOR.
In Danielle's case, it was determined that it would be hard to continue as both a NewJeans member and an ADOR artist.
Today, ADOR informed her of the termination of her exclusive contract.
Through these conversations, ADOR learned that the members had been continuously exposed to distorted and biased information over a long period, leading to many misunderstandings about the company and ultimately to this dispute.
ADOR will do everything possible to resolve this matter amicably and to ensure that NewJeans can return to fans as soon as possible.
