In a formal statement released on Thursday, the club said that Borji and his assistant, Tarik Bendamou, have been dismissed immediately.
The club explained that this decision was made after a detailed look at the team's coaching approach, especially considering their continued poor results.
Borji took charge in early October but hasn't managed to turn things around for Bandari, who are currently in 14th place in the league standings with only 12 points from 11 matches.
This has caused worries among fans and the club's management.
The statement said, "This decision follows a review of the team's technical direction as the club focuses on restrategizing its performance.
We thank Coach Borji and Tarik for their contributions during their time at the club."
Throughout Borji's short time at the club, Bandari had trouble getting consistent results, with many draws and losses.
They came close to being relegated, and the coaching staff has faced increasing pressure as they failed to take advantage of home games and showed weaknesses in key matches.
The club has announced that Coach Razak Siwa will take charge on an interim basis as Bandari prepares for the next set of games.
New coaching plans and possible candidates for the head coach position are expected to be shared in the coming days.
